Wildlife Conservation Fund Act of 1987 - Establishes in the Treasury the Wildlife Conservation Fund composed of revenues from oil, gas, and mineral resources leasing in Alaska's Coastal Plain (that area referred to as the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge). Requires that such funds be used for fisheries and wildlife management, the migratory bird conservation fund, and the National Wildlife Refuge System.
