Voluntary Education Program Study Act - Requires the Director of the Peace Corps to conduct a study to determine the feasibility of establishing a Peace Corps training and educational benefits program in which students would be eligible to participate if they: (1) have completed two years of study at an institution of higher education; (2) agree to enter the Peace Corps for a period of two years; and (3) are selected pursuant to a competitive process.
Requires the Director to consult with the Secretary of Education with respect to the educational benefits which could be provided under such program.
Provides that the study shall consider: (1) the desirability of establishing such a program and whether it would contribute to the purposes of the Peace Corps; (2) the objectives and budgetary implications of such program; and (3) the role of the Secretary in administering such program.
Requires the Director to report the results of the study to the Congress.
