Legalization Extension Act of 1988 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to extend the legalization program to aliens who entered the United States before March 31, 1988.
Extends the program application period for a one-year period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act.
Authorizes additional appropriations for disseminating program information to the public.
