Condemns Iran and Iraq for using tactics contravening international humanitarian law and other laws of armed conflict. Condemns Iran for defiance of United Nations Security Council Resolution 598 and other efforts aimed at achieving a negotiated settlement of the war with Iraq. Holds Iran responsible for loss of life and property since the Resolution. Calls for support of U.S. and U.N. officials in their efforts to secure implementation of the terms of the Resolution.
