Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1992, the duty on mono- and dibenzyl toluenes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new subheading: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ` 9902.38.24 Mono- and dibenzyl toluenes (provided for in subheading 3823.90.29) Free No change No change On or before 12/31/92 '. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEC. 2. The amendment made by the first section of this Act applies with respect to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
