To allow the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida
to be held in Lakeland.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. COURT ALLOWED TO BE HELD IN LAKELAND, FLORIDA.
  Section 89(b) of title 28, United States Code, is amended by inserting
  `Lakeland,' after `Jacksonville,'.
