Makes statutory time limitations regarding the awarding of certain medals to persons in the armed forces inapplicable with respect to the award of any such medal to a named individual.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the time limitations contained in section 3744(b) of title 10, United States Code, with respect to the awarding of certain medals to persons in the armed forces shall not apply with respect to the award of any such medal to James L. Cadigan of Hingham, Massachusetts, for acts of valor performed by James L. Cadigan during February 1945 while engaged in combat operations in Zerf, Germany, as a lieutenant in the United States Army.
