To suspend temporarily the duties on Cyclohexane, 1,1-bis(1-methylethoxy)- ; Benzenepropanoic acid, 2-chloro-4,5-difluoro-.beta.-oxo-, ethyl ester; and 2-Acetylbenzo(b)thiophene.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1994, the duty on: (1) cyclohexane, 1,1-bis(1-methylethoxy); (2) benzenepro panoic acid, 2-chloro-4, 5-difluoro-beta-oxo-, ethyl ester; and (3) 2-acetylbenzo (b) thiophene.

To suspend temporarily the duties on Cyclohexane, 1,1-bis(1-methylethoxy)-;
Benzenepropanoic acid, 2-chloro-4,5-difluoro-.beta.-oxo-, ethyl ester;
and 2-Acetylbenzo(b)thiophene.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
  That subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedules of the
  United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following
  new subheadings:
