Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 1996, the suspension of duty on certain parts of indirect process electrostatic photocopying machines.

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES April 16, 1991 Mr. MCGRATH (for himself, Mr. HORTON, and Ms. SLAUGHTER of New York) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means A BILL To extend the temporary suspension of duty on certain parts and accessories of indirect process electrostatic photocopying machines. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That subheading 9902.90.90 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking out `12/31/92' and inserting `12/31/96'. SEC. 2. The amendment made by the first section of this Act applies with respect to articles entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption after fifteen days of enactment of the Act.
