Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 1996, the suspension of duty on: (1) 1,1-Bis(4-chlorophenyl)-2,2,2-trichloroethanol (dicofol); (2) dinocap; (3) m-hydroxy-benzoic acid; (4) 3-amino-3-methyl-1-butyne; (5) 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, and mixtures of 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and application adjuvants; (6) 3,7-bis(dimethylamino) phenazathionium chloride (methylene blue); (7) mixtures of dinocap and application adjuvants; (8) maneb, zineb, mancozeb, and metiram; (9) mixtures of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, magnesium chloride and stabilizers, whether or not containing application adjuvants; (10) mixtures of 1,1-bis(4-chlorophenyl)-2,2,2-trichloroethanol (dicofol) and application adjuvants; (11) cross-linked polyvinylbenzyltrimethylammonium chloride (cholestyramine resin USP); and (12) molten-salt-cooled acrylic acid reactors and their associated parts, accessories and equipment, when imported as an entirety.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DUTY SUSPENSION. (a) IN GENERAL- Each of the following headings of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking out `12/31/92' in the effective period column and inserting `12/31/96': (1) Heading 9902.29.06 (relating to 1,1-Bis(4-chlorophenyl)-2,2,2-trichloroethanol (Dicofol)). (2) Heading 9902.29.14 (relating to Dinocap). (3) Heading 9902.29.21 (relating to m-Hydroxybenzoic acid). (4) Heading 9902.29.24 (relating to 3-Amino-3-methyl-1-butyne). (5) Heading 9902.29.76 (relating to 2-n-Octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, and mixtures of 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and application adjuvants). (6) Heading 9902.32.04 (relating to 3,7-Bis(dimethylamino)phenazathionium chloride (Methylene blue)). (7) Heading 9902.38.06 (relating to mixtures of dinocap and application adjuvants). (8) Heading 9902.38.08 (relating to maneb, zineb, mancozeb, and metiram). (9) Heading 9902.38.10 (relating to mixtures of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, magnesium chloride and stabilizers, whether or not containing application adjuvants). (10) Heading 9902.38.11 (relating to mixtures of 1,1-bis(4-chlorophenyl)-2,2,2-trichloroethanol (Dicofol) and application adjuvants). (11) Heading 9902.39.14 (relating to cross-linked polyvinylbenzyltrimethylammonium chloride (Cholestyramine resin USP)). (12) Heading 9902.84.19 (relating to molten-salt-cooled acrylic acid reactors and their associated parts, accessories and equipment, when imported as an entirety). (b) EFFECTIVE DATE- The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after December 31, 1992.
