Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 1994, the suspension of duty on triethylene glycol dichloride.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF EXISTING DUTY SUSPENSION. Heading 9902.29.11 (relating to Triethylene glycol dichloride) of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking out `12/31/92' and inserting `12/31/94'. SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. The amendment made by section 1 applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, after December 31, 1992.
