Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 1994, the suspension of duty on certain wood veneer.

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES APRIL 18, 1991 Mr. DWYER of New Jersey introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means A BILL To extend the existing suspension of duty on certain wood veneer. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF EXISTING SUSPENSION OF DUTY. Heading 9902.44.21 (relating to certain manmade or recomposed wood veneer) of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking out `12/31/92' and inserting `12/31/94'. SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. The amendment made by section 1 applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, after December 31, 1992.
