To grant temporary duty-free treatment to fuel grade tertiary butyl alcohol.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to grant duty-free treatment, through December 31, 1994, to tertiary butyl alcohol (less than 99 percent pure).

A BILL
To grant temporary duty-free treatment to fuel grade tertiary butyl alcohol.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. FUEL GRADE TERTIARY BUTYL ALCOHOL.
  Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the
  United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following
  new heading:

SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
  The amendment made by section 1 applies with respect to goods entered,
  or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the fifteenth
  day after the date of enactment of this Act.
