Amends the judicial code to provide for the appointment of one additional bankruptcy judge for the Western District of Tennessee.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the item relating to Tennessee in the table contained in section 152(a)(2) of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking `Western --3' and inserting `Western --4'.
