 To rescind funds appropriated for the Select Committee on Aging, the 
Select Committee on Children, Youth, and Families, the Select Committee 
  on Hunger, and the Select Committee on Narcotics Abuse and Control, 
                        effective April 1, 1993.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled, That, effective April 
1, 1993, of the funds appropriated in the Legislative Branch 
Appropriations Act, 1993, under the heading ``Salaries and Expenses'', 
there is rescinded all funds available at the close of March 31, 1993, 
under the heading ``standing committees, special and select'' for the 
Select Committee on Aging, the Select Committee on Children, Youth, and 
Families, the Select Committee on Hunger, and the Select Committee on 
Narcotics Abuse and Control.
