Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1996, the duty on: (1) dicyclopentenyloxyethyl methacrylate; (2) 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (4,5-dichloroocthilinone; (3) 3,5-dichloro-n-(1,1-dimethyl-z-propynl) benzamide (pronamide); (4) mixtures of 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (4,5-dichlorocthilinone with application adjuvants, with or without stabilizers; and (5) mixtures of 3,5-dichoro-n-(1,1-dimethyl-2-propynl) benzamide (pronamide) with application adjuvants.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DICYCLOPENTENYLOXYETHYL METHACRYLATE.
Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of
the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the
following new heading:
