To suspend temporarily the duties on cefuroxime axetil (bulk and dosage forms).

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1995, the duty on 1-(acetyloxy) ethyl ester of (6R, 7R)-3-carbamoyl-oxymethyl- 7-(Z-2-methoxyimino-2-(fur-2-yl) acetamido) ceph-3-em-4-carboxylate (cefuroxime axetil in bulk and dosage forms).

                                forms).

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CEFUROXIME AXETIL (BULK AND DOSAGE FORMS).

    Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of 
the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the 
following new headings:

SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.

    The amendment made by section 1 shall apply with respect to goods
