A BILL
For the relief of Wayne T. Alderson.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. WAIVER OF TIME LIMITATIONS.
The time limitations set forth in section 3744(b) of title 10,
United States Code, shall not apply with respect to the awarding of the
medal of honor to Wayne T. Alderson of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in
recognition of acts performed at the risk of his life and beyond the
call of duty while serving as a private first class in the United
States Army in Germany during World War II.
