A BILL
To direct the Secretary of Energy to convey to the city of
Bartlesville, Oklahoma, the former site of the NIPER facility of the
Department of Energy.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of
Energy shall convey to the city of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, for no
consideration, the approximately 15.644 acres of land (together with
any improvements thereon) comprising the former site of the National
Institute of Petroleum Energy Research of the Department of Energy.
