A BILL
To amend the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1994 to
promote activities to improve pedestrian and bicyclist safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT TO SAFE AND DRUG-FREE SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES ACT
OF 1994.
Section 4114(c)(5) of the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and
Communities Act of 1994 (20 U.S.C. 7114(c)(5)) is amended by inserting
at the end before the semicolon the following: ``, including activities
to improve pedestrian and bicyclist safety''.
