A BILL
To provide for the reliquidation of certain entries of steel wire rods.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TREATMENT OF CERTAIN ENTRIES OF STEEL WIRE RODS.
(a) In General.--Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of
1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514) or any order issued by the Secretary of Commerce
under such section or under any other provision of law, the Secretary
of the Treasury--
(1) shall reliquidate the entries listed in subsection (b)
at the deposit rate; and
(2) shall refund any and all duties paid in excess of the
deposit rate with respect to such entries, including interest
from the date of entry, if the importer of the entries files a
request therefor with the United States Customs Service not
later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
(b) Entries.--The entries referred to in subsection (a) are as
follows:
