A BILL
To extend the duty suspension on DEMT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF DUTY SUSPENSION FOR DEMT.
(a) In General.--Subheading 9902.32.12 of Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States is amended by striking ``2001'' and
inserting ``2004''.
(b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies
to goods entered, or withdraw from warehouse for consumption, on or
after the date of enactment of this Act.
