A BILL
To restore freedom of choice to women in the uniformed services serving
outside the United States.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Freedom of Choice for Women in the
Uniformed Services Act''.
SEC. 2. RESTORATION OF PRIOR POLICY REGARDING RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF
DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE MEDICAL FACILITIES.
Section 1093 of title 10, United States Code, is amended--
(1) by striking ``(a) Restriction on Use of Funds.--''; and
(2) by striking subsection (b).
