A BILL
To provide for the conveyance of two parcels of land within Stanislaus
National Forest, California, that contain recreational cabins to the
owners of the cabins.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. LAND CONVEYANCES, PINECREST RECREATIONAL TRACK, STANISLAUS
NATIONAL FOREST, CALIFORNIA.
(a) Conveyance of Pinecrest Lot #265.--The Secretary of Agriculture
shall convey, without consideration, to Mr. and Mrs. Martin J. Ruddy
III of Modesto, California, all right, title, and interest of the
United States in and to a parcel of land in the Pinecrest Recreational
Track of the Stanislaus National Forest, California, consisting of
approximately 0.38 acres, identified as Pinecrest lot #265 at the
intersection of Dodge Ridge and Sugar Pine Roads, and containing a
recreational residence owned by Mr. and Mrs. Martin J. Ruddy III.
(b) Conveyance of Pinecrest Lot #126.--The Secretary shall convey,
without consideration, to Mr. and Mrs. John Bruzzone of Scotts Valley,
California, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and
to a parcel of land in the Pinecrest Recreational Track of the
Stanislaus National Forest, California, consisting of approximately
0.43 acres, identified as Pinecrest lot #126 at 126 Rustic Road and
containing a recreational residence owned by Mr. and Mrs. John
Bruzzone.
(c) Description of Property.--The exact acreage and legal
description of the lands to be conveyed under this section shall be
determined by surveys satisfactory to the Secretary. The cost of the
survey shall be borne by the recipient of the land.
