A BILL
To provide for the reliquidation of a certain drawback claim relating
to juices.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. RELIQUIDATION OF DRAWBACK CLAIM RELATING TO JUICES.
(a) In General.--Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of
1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514) or any other provision of law, the United States
Customs Service shall, not later than 90 days after the date of the
enactment of this Act, reliquidate the entry described in subsection
(c) at the full amount claimed in such entry.
(b) Payment of Amounts Owed.--Any amounts owed by the United States
pursuant to the reliquidation under subsection (a) shall be paid by the
Customs Service within 90 days after such reliquidation.
(c) Affected Entry.--The entry referred to in subsection (a) is as
follows:
