A BILL
To extend the temporary suspension of duty on filter blue green photo
dye.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF EXISTING DUTY SUSPENSION.
(a) In General.--Heading 9902.32.62 of the Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States is amended in the effective period column
by striking the date contained therein and inserting ``12/31/2005''.
(b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) shall
apply with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for
consumption, on or after the date that is 15 days after the date of the
enactment of this Act.
