To suspend temporarily the duty on tire cord fabric of high tenacity rayon filament yarn.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2007, the duty on tire cord fabric of high tenacity yarn of viscose rayon.

 To suspend temporarily the duty on tire cord fabric of high tenacity 
                          rayon filament yarn.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CERTAIN TIRE CORD FABRIC.

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in 
numerical sequence the following new heading:
      

``    9902.59.02    Tire cord fabric  Free              No change         No change         On or before 12/
                     of high                                                                 31/2007          ''
                     tenacity yarn                                                                             .
                     of viscose
                     rayon (provided
                     for in
                     subheading
                     5902.90.00)....

    (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies 
with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for 
consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment 
of this Act.
