A BILL
To authorize the Secretary of the Army to provide a credit toward the
non-Federal share of the cost of the feasibility study for the project
for flood control in the vicinity of Sprague, Lincoln County,
Washington, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SPRAGUE, LINCOLN, COUNTY WASHINGTON.
(a) Credit.--The Secretary of the Army shall credit toward the non-
Federal share of the cost of the feasibility study for the project for
flood control in the vicinity of Sprague, Lincoln County, Washington,
the costs associated with technical and related support work carried
out for the feasibility study by the non-Federal interest before the
date of execution of the feasibility cost share agreement if the
Secretary determines that this work is integral to the feasibility
study.
(b) Accepting USDA Grant Funds.--The Secretary may accept from the
non-Federal interest as part of the non-Federal share of the
feasibility study referred to in subsection (a) funds provided to the
non-Federal interest through a rural business opportunity grant from
the Department of Agriculture.
