 Designating minority membership on certain standing committees of the 
                                 House.

    Resolved, That the following named Members be, and are hereby, 
elected to the following standing Committees of the House of 
Representatives:
    Committee on Rules: Mr. Hastings of Florida.
    Committee on International Relations: Mrs. Watson of California.
    Committee on Government Reform: Mrs. Watson of California.
