    Resolved, That the following named Members be, and are hereby, elected to 
the following standing committees of the House of Representatives:
    Committee on Government Reform: Mr. Lynch of Massachusetts, to rank after 
Mr. Clay of Missouri.
    Committee on Veterans' Affairs: Mr. Lynch of Massachusetts, to rank after 
Mr. Rodriguez of Texas, and Ms. Davis of California, to rank after Mr. Udall of 
New Mexico.
