A BILL
To suspend temporarily the duty on certain light absorbing photo dyes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. CERTAIN LIGHT ABSORBING PHOTO DYES.
(a) In General.--Subheading 9902.29.34 of the Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States is amended by striking ``12/31/2003'' and
inserting ``12/31/2005''.
(b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies
to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or
after the 15th day after the date of enactment of this Act.
