A BILL
To extend the temporary suspension of duty on certain imaging
chemicals.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. CERTAIN IMAGING CHEMICALS.
(a) In General.--Subheadings 9902.29.38, 9902.29.39, and 9902.29.40
of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States are each amended
by striking ``12/31/2003'' and inserting ``12/31/2005''.
(b) Effective Date.--The amendments made by subsection (a) apply to
goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after
the date that is 15 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
