Heritage Foundation, a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State
of Georgia, by amending title 32 of the United States Code to authorize
the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation to receive National Guard

Mr. Collins introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Armed Services

A BILL
To support the public educational programs of the Army Aviation
Heritage Foundation, a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State
of Georgia, by amending title 32 of the United States Code to authorize
the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation to receive National Guard
services and assistance.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY OF ARMY AVIATION HERITAGE FOUNDATION TO
RECEIVE NATIONAL GUARD SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE.
Section 508(d) of title 32, United States Code, is amended--
(1) by redesignating paragraph (14) as paragraph (15); and
(2) by inserting after paragraph (13) the following new
paragraph:
``(14) The Army Aviation Heritage Foundation, a nonprofit
organization incorporated in the State of Georgia.''.
