A BILL
To amend title 40, United States Code, to add Catawba and Cleveland
Counties, North Carolina to the Appalachian region.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. COUNTIES ADDED TO THE APPALACHIAN REGION.
Section 14102(a)(1)(G) of title 40, United States Code, is
amended--
(1) by inserting ``Catawba,'' after ``Caldwell,''; and
(2) by inserting ``Cleveland,'' after ``Clay,''.
