Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2006, the duty on electron guns for certain: (1) cathode ray tubes; (2) liquid crystal display panel assemblies for use in liquid crystal display projection type televisions; and (3) plasma display panel assemblies for use in plasma flat panel screen televisions.

A BILL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TEMPORARY SUSPENSIONS OF DUTY.
(a) Electron Guns for Certain CRT's.--Subchapter II of chapter 99
of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by
inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading:
