A BILL
To suspend temporarily the duty on certain table tennis tables.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. CERTAIN TABLE TENNIS TABLES.
(a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in
numerical sequence the following new heading:
`` 9902.95.06 Table tennis Free Free No change On or before 12/
tables 31/2006 ''
constructed of .
particle board
encapsulated in
aluminum,
sealed by a
frame of square
aluminum tubing
and having a
bottom side
covered with a
stamped and
corrugated
piece of
aluminum
(provided for
in subheading
9506.40.00)....
(b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies
to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or
after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
