Concerning United States assessed contributions to the United Nations.
Resolved, That it is the sense of the House of Representatives that
the Representative of the United States to the United Nations should
seek an agreement to lower the assessment level of the United States
for the regular budget of the United Nations when the United Nations
General Assembly considers the scale of assessments for member nations
for the period 2004 through 2006.
