A BILL
To designate the United States Courthouse located at 125 Bull Street,
Savannah, Georgia, and associated structures, as the Tomochichi Federal
Judicial Center.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.
The United States Courthouse located at Wright Square, 125 Bull
Street, Savannah, Georgia, shall be known and designated as the
``Tomochichi Federal Judicial Center''.
SEC. 2. REFERENCES.
Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other
record of the United States to the United States Courthouse referred to
in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the Tomochichi
Federal Judicial Center.
SEC. 3. APPLICABILITY.
The designation under section 1, and any reference to the building
described in that section, shall apply in all respects to any
construction or adaptation, after the date of enactment of this Act, of
any building that--
(1) is occupied, in whole or in part, by the United States
District Court for the Southern District of Georgia; and
(2) is adjacent to or connected with the United States
Courthouse at Wright Square.
