A BILL
To redesignate the National Scientific Balloon Facility in Palestine,
Texas, as the ``Columbia Scientific Balloon Center''.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION.
The facility of the National Science Foundation that is used by the
National Aeronautics and Space Administration, located at 1510 E. FM
3224 in Palestine, Texas, and known as the National Scientific Balloon
Facility, shall be known and designated as the ``Columbia Scientific
Balloon Center''.
SEC. 2. REFERENCES.
Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Columbia Scientific Balloon
Center''.
