Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend the suspension, through December 31, 2008, of the duty on fine animal hair of Kashmir (cashmere) goats.

   To extend the temporary suspension of duty on fine animal hair of 
                       Kashmir (cashmere) goats.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. FINE ANIMAL HAIR OF KASHMIR (CASHMERE) GOATS.

    (a) In General.--Heading 9902.15.16 of the Harmonized Tariff 
Schedule of the United States (relating to fine animal hair of Kashmir 
(cashmere) goats) is amended by striking ``12/31/2006'' and inserting 
``12/31/2008''.
    (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies 
to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or 
after the 15th day after the date of enactment of this Act.
