A BILL
To extend the temporary suspension of duty on a certain ultraviolet
dye.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. ULTRAVIOLET DYE.
(a) In General.--Heading 9902.28.19 of the Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States (relating to a certain ultraviolet dye)
is amended by striking ``12/31/2006'' and inserting ``12/31/2010''.
(b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies
to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or
after the 15th day after the date of enactment of this Act.
