A BILL
To suspend temporarily the duty on Omite Tech.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. OMITE TECH.
(a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in
numerical sequence the following new heading:
`` 9902.05.95 Sulfurous acid, Free Free No change On or before 12/ ''.

(b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies
