What's Love Got to Do With It Act - Provides that if law takes effect that makes Love Field in Dallas, Texas ineligible to hold an airport operating certificate, the Des Moines International Airport in Des Moines, Iowa, and the Tulsa International Airport in Tulsa,Oklahoma, shall be ineligible to hold such certificates.

A BILL
To promote commercial aviation service and economic development in the
Dallas/Fort Worth region.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``What's Love Got to Do With It Act''.
SEC. 2. SUSPENSION OF OPERATING CERTIFICATES.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, if law takes effect
that makes Love Field in Dallas, Texas, not eligible to hold an airport
operating certificate pursuant to part 139 of title 14, Code of Federal
Regulations, the Des Moines International Airport located in Des
Moines, Iowa, and the Tulsa International Airport located in Tulsa,
Oklahoma, shall not be eligible to hold such certificates.
