Amending the Rules of the House relating to the composition of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

Amends rule X (Organization of Committees) of the Rules of the House of Representatives to increase the membership on the Select Committee on Intelligence from 18 to 21, of whom not more than 12 (currently, ten) shall be from the same party.

    Resolved, That in clause 11(a)(1) of rule X--
            (a) strike ``18'' and insert ``21''; and
            (b) strike ``10'' and insert ``12''.
