                 In the House of Representatives, U.S.,

                                                      February 2, 2005.
    Resolved, That the following Members be, and are hereby, elected to the 
following standing committee of the House of Representatives:
            Committee on the budget: Mr. Crenshaw to rank after Mr. Ryun of 
        Kansas; Mr. Wicker to rank after Mr. Putnam and Ms. Ros-Lehtinen to rank 
        after Mr. Hensarling.
