                 In the House of Representatives, U.S.,

                                                      February 2, 2005.
    Resolved, That the following Members be, and are hereby, elected to the 
following standing committee of the House of Representatives:
    Committee on Standards of Official Conduct: Mr. Hastings of Washington, 
Chairman, Mrs. Biggert, Mr. Smith of Texas, Ms. Hart and Mr. Cole.
