RESOLUTION
Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require that
general appropriation bills contain a separate list of all earmarks in
the accompanying report and the name of the sponsoring Member of each
such earmark.
Resolved, That clause 2 of rule XXI of the Rules of the House of
Representatives is amended by adding at the end the following new
paragraph:
``(g) Whenever a general appropriation bill is reported, it shall
contain a separate list of all earmarks in the accompanying report and
the name of the sponsoring Member of each such earmark.''.
