A BILL
To suspend temporarily the duty on aerosol valves designed to deliver a
metered dose (50 microliters) of a pressurized liquid pharmaceutical.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. CERTAIN AEROSOL VALVES.
(a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in
numerical sequence the following new heading:
`` 9902.84.82 Aerosol valves Free No Change No Change 12/31/2009 ''.
