 To extend the temporary suspension of duty on 1-octadecanaminium, N,N-
      di-methyl-N-octadecyl-, (SP-4-2)-[29H,31H-phtha-locyanine-2-
             sulfonato(3-)-kN29,kN30,kN31,kN32]cuprate(1-).

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. 1-OCTADECANAMINIUM, N,N-DI-METHYL-N-OCTADECYL-, (SP-4-2)-
              [29H,31H-PHTHA-LOCYANINE-2-SULFONATO(3-)-
              KN29,KN30,KN31,KN32]CUPRATE(1-).

    (a) In General.--Heading 9902.03.26 of the Harmonized Tariff 
Schedule of the United States (relating to 1-octadecanaminium, N,N-di-
methyl-N-octadecyl-, (SP-4-2)-[29H,31H-phtha-locyanine-2-sulfonato(3-)-
kN29,kN30,kN31,kN32]cuprate(1-)) is amended by striking ``12/31/2006'' 
and inserting ``12/31/2009''.
    (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies 
to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or 
after the 15th day after the date of enactment of this Act.
