A BILL
To provide for the issuance of War on Radical Islam Bonds.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. WAR ON RADICAL ISLAM BONDS.
It is the sense of the Congress that the Secretary of the Treasury
should designate one or more series of bonds or certificates (or any
portion thereof) issued under section 3105 of title 31, United States
Code, as ``War on Radical Islam Bonds''.
